California Divorce

This information is provided as a courtesy and not meant to replace legal advice.

When we receive your information your case will be forwarded to one of our California paralegals who will prepare your documents for you. California courts required that all cases be submitted on court approved forms. We use these forms for all cases.

California divorces, legal separations, and annulments must be filed on state mandated court approved forms. Additionally, California has specific filing requirements. Our trained paralegals are very familiar with the California court process and requirements and will walk you through our entire case.

We will make this process as easy as possible for you. We have helped thousands and our customers are always very surprised at just how easy it really is.

Once you place your order your case will be forwarded to the California paralegal and that paralegal will be assigned to your case for the entire duration. We do this so there is continuity and you are assured the highest quality of service.
